Assistant Director
We are actively looking for Managers and Assistant Directors who possess a demonstrable track record of M&A within UK or Europe.
You will have the skills and expertise to lead and manage clients from start to finish. Successful candidates will have the ability to manage teams and project manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Not essential but strong industry knowledge would be a bonus.
Role and responsibilities:
- Project management of corporate finance client transactions – acquisition, sale, fund raise covering:
- Project preparation – transaction strategy, buyer & target universe, documentation.
- Marketing – counterparty campaign management and negotiation.
- Closing – LOI/HOTs agreement, project management of due diligence and completion.

- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience.
