M&A Manager/
Assistant Director

We are actively looking for Managers and Assistant Directors who possess a demonstrable track record of M&A within UK or Europe.

 

You will have the skills and expertise to lead and manage clients from start to finish. Successful candidates will have the ability to manage teams and project manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Not essential but strong industry knowledge would be a bonus.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Project management of corporate finance client transactions – acquisition, sale, fund raise covering:
  • Project preparation – transaction strategy, buyer & target universe, documentation.
  • Marketing – counterparty campaign management and negotiation.
  • Closing – LOI/HOTs agreement, project management of due diligence and completion.
  • Solid financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Clear ability to be or become a leader within specific markets and industries.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, ideally with Masters (MBA) and/or professional qualification (CA, CFA, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ambitious self-starter.
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable in an agile, fast-moving global environment with a can-do attitude.
  • Results orientated with a focus on attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the professional services team to develop integrated marketing plans and campaigns aligned to the business’ growth strategy.
  • Foster a deep understanding of Danescor’s platform, data and professional services and the competitive landscape to create persona-based marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing nurture campaigns, leveraging thought leadership content, events, product information to generate awareness and demand for Danescor’s offerings.
  • Work with Data lead to create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends and analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, increase conversions, and generate qualified leads.
  • Proactively communicate ideas, marketing programs, strategies, and final deliverables to internal stakeholders.
  • Seek new ways and marketing tactics to improve key marketing metrics such as campaign response rates, quality of leads, thought leadership awareness, new product/service launch and adoption, and brand awareness building.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include email distribution, website and social media posting.
  • Support other marketing campaigns/activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a Campaign/Field Marketing role, ideally in B2B sector.
  • Proven communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with digital and offline media. Experience developing initiatives that move the needle on key perception metrics.
