Responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring successful implementation, training, and service adoption.
- Built strong, long-term relationships with customers by ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their business goals and aligning service solutions specifically to their needs.
- Monitor customer health metrics, usage patterns, and feedback to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Conducted regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategic sessions to drive value realization.
- Assist with report generation, buyer or acquisition target research and project focused campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues, improve customer experience, and support renewals.
- Drive retention by anticipating challenges, reducing churn, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Identify and support upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
- Document customer processes, create success plans, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Research industry sectors, profile buyer and target corporates.
- Assist Project Leads in end-to-end M&A assignments / project management
- Assisting in the development of client / marketing materials including presentations and other business-related materials
- Support Senior Leads in strengthening client / partner relationships and ongoing projects
Qualifications and skills:
- Business, Marketing, Management degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant corporate experience
- Excellent Project management skills.
- Superior analytical and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Ability to deliver in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Exceptional work ethic and integrity
- Demonstrate the ability to provide insights and add value to clients.
- Fluent in German, Spanish or French an advantage.
